Certified Nurse Aide
Certified Nurse Aide: Full-Time Days, 12HR shifts, 36HRS/WK & Full-Time Evenings, 8HR shifts, 40HRS/WK. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. $17-$24.50/HR, base wage is dependent on experience.
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus available with full-time employment & 1-year commitment.
Differentials include weekend differential $1/HR 6p Friday-6a Monday, night shift differential $3/HR 6p-6a.

The purpose of the nurse aide is to support the nursing department by providing direct resident care activities under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
Requires a team player attitude. Expected to contribute to team efforts and professionally interact with residents, visitors, and staff. Position may require the ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, walk, stand, sit, move, push, pull, and other common physical movements for extended periods of time. Must be physically able to assist with moving and lifting residents. Maybe subject to encounter or exposure of chemicals, odors, air contaminants, infectious waste & diseases.
Qualifications require the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have good verifiable work &/or personal references. Pre-employment background & Colorado Adult Protective Services check is required. Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must be a Certified Nurse Aide, in good standing with the state, and be CPR/BLS certified. Experience preferred but will consider new Nurse Aide graduates.
