Human Resource Assistant
Human Resource Assistant, FT, (M-F), 40 hours/week, Hospital and Clinic. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR management and health care experience preferred. Position will assist with administrative and clerical work in relation to various human resource support operations. Will work as a generalist in many areas of Human Resources; benefits management processes, hiring processes, interview scheduling, employee on-boarding and orientation, maintaining job descriptions. May prepare human resource documents, records and statistics and handle confidential material in the Human Resource Department. Will complete special assignments and projects as required. Basic knowledge of employment law and general human resources concepts is required. Applicant must display strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have the ability to work under pressure and have excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Must be able to demonstrate good computer skills.
Must be physically able to sit for extended times, stoop, reach, stretch, and pull. Requires good, verifiable work history with references and team-player attitude. Hourly compensation $18.50 - $30/hour dependent on experience.
