Temporary Office Assistant
Temporary Office Assistant, FT, Hillcrest Care Center and The Towers. Experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Position will assist in administrative duties for Hillcrest Care Center and The Towers. Will perform reception duties. Prepare/mail letters and/or other correspondence for residents and staff. Maintain files and other records as needed. Greet, screen, and direct visitors. A successful candidate will be knowledgeable of administrative duties and secretarial duties. Must be knowledgeable of equipment related to secretarial functions. Must read, write, speak, and understand the English language. A candidate must be physically able to move throughout the work day as well as stoop, reach, stretch, and pull and lift charts and files. Requires good verifiable work history with references and a team player attitude. This position is temporary but may transition into another department for permanent employment.
